The Position

  • Enjoy working as part of our well established and beloved Pediatric After Hours Program, the only after-hours clinic
    in Marin County exclusively for children under 18.
  • Collegial-environment with exceptional quality and talented support staff.
  • Weekday shifts are 5-9 pm, and weekends 9-5 pm; minimum of 3 shifts per month.
  • Average number of patients seen per shift is 5 (up to 9) on weeknights, and 10 (up to 18) on weekends.
  • Independent Contractor agreement or employment through Prima Medical Group.
  • Epic integrated electronic health records utilized.

The Position Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O.
  • Board certified or eligible (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
  • Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and in the overall patient experience.

Compensation

  • Compensation is based on actual shifts worked. Weekday shifts are $140/hour, and weekend shifts are $160/hour. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
