The Position

• Well-established MarinHealth outpatient-only practices, located in the highly desirable communities of Sonoma, Novato, San Rafael, Larkspur, Mill Valley, and Sausalito.
• Enjoy a blend of established and new patients
• Competitive guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3

The Position Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
• Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy for high-quality patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (with intent to become certified within 2 years) is required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Spanish language a plus but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $280,000 - $350,000. The final determination of starting pay may vary
  based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined
  for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
