MarinHealth Breast Health Center | A UCSF Health Clinic

We are looking for a fantastic Breast Radiologist to join our highly respected program. MarinHealth Breast Health Center’s team consists of 2 board certified radiologists with special expertise in breast radiology, including mammogram, Ultrasound, MRI, and CT. Our Breast Health Nurse Specialists have combined experience of more than 45 years in nursing. Beyond providing diagnosis information and answering questions, they offer emotional support and guidance on next steps. Caregivers and administrative staff alike are committed to making each woman’s experience the best it can be. Recognizing that mammograms and other breast imaging studies can be stressful for some women, we designed our offices to make visits as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our ultra-modern facilities offer the perfect combination of spacious, welcoming surroundings, state-of-the-art technology, and highly personalized treatment. Not surprisingly, compared to national standards, our early detection rates are outstanding.

MarinHealth’s Breast Health Center acquired Hologic® Clarity HD and Intelligent 2D™ Imaging Technology in 2022. This advanced mammography software allows our team to merge the best of 2D and high-definition 3D mammography in a single procedure. This is the first mammogram equipment designed to mimic the natural contour of the female breast. More than 90% of women surveyed reported increased comfort during mammography.

The Position

• Join a well-established, highly regarded Breast Health Center in beautiful Marin County.
• This position is employed by MarinHealth Medical Group.
• Full-time (36 patient contact hours) or part-time will be considered.

• Clinic is located in Greenbrae and serves patients from Marin, Sonoma, and surrounding communities.

The Position Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board certification or eligibility (with intent to become certified within 1 year) in Radiology.
• Completion of a Breast Imaging Fellowship required.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
• Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.
• Spanish-speaking a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $500,000-$800,000 with additional bonus opportunities. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as training and practice experiences. Additional pay may be determined
  for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
